Adding Customer Information

1. Add Customer Location and Contact Info

Open up the project menu and go to the "Customer Info" tab. When writing in the address, if the address you are looking for does not show up you can also use an image taken on site to fill in the address by clicking on the image icon on the right side of the text box, and selecting the image file you would like to use.

2. Add Customer Energy Usage Info

This information is not required to complete a project, however it is utilized in offset calculations that can be shown to the customer.

If you need the address to be correct and it is not showing up, please write into chat and we will work with Mapbox to get the address updated. This may take up to a week for them to respond to our change request.
