Credits that were purchased with your subscription expire once your subscription term ends.

How will CAD files be distributed to me?
Any CAD deliverables will be accessible within the project's Albums. Go to Site Data, then Albums, and open up the "Deliverables" album.
Can you use our templates for the deliverables?

For the form entry to order services, do you accept ___ files?
As long as the file has information relevant to the design, please submit it in your form response. If additional information or clarification is needed, our designers will reach out.
If a preliminary layout from another software doesn't fit in Scanifly, what happens?
If the preliminary layout cannot fit on the Scanifly 3D model as shown, panels will be placed in the next-most optimal location for solar based on the TSRF values. If the requested system size does not fit, the designer will fit as many panels as they can to get close to the desired system size.
What if the designer has questions about the information that was submitted?
The designer has the ability to request data from the person who submitted the request at different stages.
If the designer has questions before starting the design, the status will change to Data Request. Once this happens, they will mention the user that submitted the project in the Comments section of the project with their question(s).
If the designer has questions while the design is in progress, the status will change to Data Refinement. Once this happens, they will mention the user that submitted the project in the Comments section of the project with their question(s).
For your response, please be sure to mention @Scanifly Designer in the comments so they are notified.
What if I need to reach out to the designer?
If you need to reach out to the designer after submitting the project, navigate to the project's Comments and mention @Scanifly Designer with your question or comment.
Who will be notified when the status of my service changes?
The user that submitted the project will be notified of status changes.
Can I revise my plan set?
Once the project is ready for review, you can request a Revision on the Order A Design page. You are allowed to submit 5 separate revisions per project.
Note: Revisions may take up to 48 hours depending on the amount of work needed.
Can I upgrade a Wireframe or a Site Plan to a Plan Set?
Yes, if the original order has been completed, you have the option to upgrade to a higher tier. If you do this, you will need to fill out the required order form questions for that tier.
