Alongside the proposal itself, you can export the underlying data as a file. Use this when your CRM needs the numbers rather than the document.

##### 1. Open the Data Export

From the proposal's export options, open the data export. It sits alongside the reports and the other export options.

Choose the specific fields to include. Only the fields you select appear in the file, so you can match the export to what your CRM expects.

Choose **CSV** or **JSON** and export. CSV suits spreadsheets and most CRM imports. JSON suits an integration that reads structured data directly.
