Site Modeling
Our most basic tier of service is site modeling. This service is worth 15 credits/project.
Small Project turnaround time: ~3 Hours
Expedited Site Modeling
With our new Expedited Site Modeling request, you can now get a project within 45 minutes! This service is worth 20 credits/project.
Small Project turnaround time: 45 Minutes
On your 3D model, this will include:
- All roof surfaces created
- All obstructions outlined
- All trees will be filled in
- Neighboring roof surfaces for shading

This service is useful for anyone who wants a design-ready Scanifly model. From here, you can add panels, perform your shade analysis, and more.
Max Fill
Our next tier of service is max fill. This service is worth 18 credits/project.
Small Project turnaround time: ~3 Hours
Max Fill
With our new Expedited Max Fill request, you can now get a project within 45 minutes! This service is worth 23 credits/project.
Small Project turnaround time: 45 Minutes
On your 3D model, this will include:
- All roof surfaces created
- All obstructions outlined
- All trees will be filled in
- Neighboring roof surfaces for shading
- Modules will be placed on all applicable surface
- Shade viewsheds will be populated
