Highlight routine maintenance activities that have been performed, any irregularities noted during inspections, and the general upkeep of equipment and structures. This information is vital for tracking the maintenance history and planning future maintenance tasks.
Thermal Notes

Understanding the environmental context is important for evaluating how weather may have impacted the site and its equipment, as well as for planning future maintenance activities.
Issues
- List any specific problems identified during the assessment, such as equipment malfunctions, structural damage, or safety hazards. Be as detailed as possible, including location, severity, and potential impact on project operations. This section serves as a critical reference for addressing and prioritizing repairs and improvements.
