The Financing Options section of the proposal editor gives you four ways to present the purchase. Select the one you want, and the proposal calculates the customer-facing payment figures from it. --- ### The Four Financing Options - **Cash.** Your customer buys the system outright. No provider or rate is involved. - **Loan.** Pick a loan provider from your configured list. The provider's interest rate, term rate, and administration fee determine the monthly payment. See "Defaults and Assumptions" for how these fields are defined. - **Lease.** Pick a provider from your configured lease and PPA list. Lease and PPA providers share one library, so a lease uses the same four values as a PPA: initial rate, escalator, term in years, and degradation percent. - **PPA.** A power purchase agreement, where your customer pays for the power the system produces.
